An NCOA membership is good for one year from when the application is processed, and payment is made in full.
Members can expect to receive their welcome package with a membership ID card approximately two weeks after their membership has been activated. A digital certificate will be sent to the preferred email address within one week of joining or renewing.
New members join online using the membership application. Note that you will first create an account with a valid email address by selecting ‘Register.’ Following the setup of your contact information, you must click ‘Join’ at the top of the page to complete your membership transaction.
Yes, the NCOA Platinum Membership is for coverage at the organizational level. The NCOA is a professional association. The Platinum membership is for the entire organization (one per business/tax ID).
It may take up to 24 hours for memberships to become active when joining or renewing online or by phone. Members who mail their application should have their membership activated within 2–3 weeks of the receipt of payment.
Memberships with the Insurance benefit option will be active within 90 days of purchase.
Members joining NCOA receive membership at the national level. This ensures members receive all the benefits of NCOA membership and enjoy the benefits of membership in a national and an Affiliate early childhood organization at the same time! There are two membership levels to choose from:

Once membership is active, we will reach out within 48 hours to obtain census data to submit through our carrier NIPPON. At this time, it will take up to 30 days to get specific costs for requested coverage depending on the membership level, requested coverage, and answers to questions obtained from the onboarding call. We will reach out to you regarding the price proposed. Once payment is confirmed, coverage will start within 90 days of the membership date.
Insurance payments are due QUARTERLY.
Membership dues are paid ANNUALLY.
